Pewatron and IS-LINE combine activities

Pewatron and IS-Line are combining their activities through the Swiss Angst+Pfister Group, making them even more powerful partners in the sensor technology and power electronics market.

The Angst+Pfister Group and Christoph Kleye as sole owner and general manager of IS-LINE GmbH have entered into an agreement to sell all shares to the Angst+Pfister Group. Christoph Kleye will continue to lead the company as general manager of IS-LINE.

Pewatron AG has been part of the Angst+Pfister Group for the past nine years and already has a wide range of high-quality products in the sensor technology and power supplies market. Christoph Kleye and his team have spent close to 20 years turning IS-LINE into one of the leading providers in the German sensor technology and power electronics market. The product ranges of Pewatron and IS-LINE complement each other perfectly, and both companies also boast considerable application-specific expertise in this segment.

Both companies will retain their own names and carry on with their customer relationships as usual, thus ensuring that existing and new customers of both companies will continue to benefit from high-quality products and outstanding customer service. The goal is to generate the greatest possible added value for customers in the DACH region with expert technical advice and a focus on design-in.

‘We are convinced that we have found the right partner in the Angst+Pfister Group and Pewatron, one with whom we can even better advance the implementation of our growth targets. The Pewatron sales team will more than double our sales power’, says IS-LINE general manager Christoph Kleye.

‘IS-LINE has an excellent reputation based on its many years of experience, an innovative product range and its 'focus on design-in' approach. We look forward to working together and are confident that we will create great added value for our teams, our customers and our supply partners’, says Thomas Röttinger, CEO of Pewatron AG.
