LPF-D series with three-in-one dimming function

Ideal for energy-saving lighting systems in harsh environments 

The key features of these high-performance 16-90 W, plastic-encased LED power supplies with PFC and optional "three- in-one" dimming function are the high power conversion efficiency, high reliability, and energy-saving design. The "three-in-one dimming function" offers system designers great flexibility in the design of lighting systems, using either a 1-10 VDC analogue signal, PWM signal or a variable resistor.

The LPF series is fully potted in thermally conductive adhesive (IP67 structure), and enclosed in plastic casing made with UL94V-0 fire-resistant material, so that the internal shock absorption can withstand 5G vibration. With up to 90% efficiency this series can operate from -40 to +70°C using free air convection alone.

These products are widely used in all types of LED lighting applications, such as office lighting, indoor parking garages, public security lighting, supermarkets, convenience stores, and refrigerator lighting etc., that require long operation times and energy-efficient solutions. In addition, with the IP67 high protection level and the wide -40 to +70°C operating range of ambient temperatures, the LPF series is also ideally suitable for harsh outdoor environments such as LED streetlamps, LED tunnel lighting, LED electric displays, wash-wall lighting, theatre lighting, etc.

The devices meet the harmonic current limit for EN61000-3-2 Class C (60% of load). They also fulfil PF>0.9 when loaded at over 60%, which complies with the requirements of typical lighting applications. The new models use cable--type input/output (18AWGx2C/60cm and 16AWGx2C/60cm) to allow flexible installation. The D-type is equipped with additional control wires (22AWGx2C) to enable the dimming function. The units comply with global standards UL8750, EN61347-2-13 and EN55015 for lighting regulations.
