New compact and high resolution PS28B and PS40B kit-encoders

The new encoder PS28B and PS40B have a compact design thanks to optical reflective technology, and are the successors of the proven PS28A and PS40A. Thanks to newest optoelectronic, the resolution has been extended to 16’000 (PS40B) and 10’000 (PS28B) cycles per revolution. Output push-pull signals (line drivers) are available. 

With only 28mm for PS28B, respectively 40mm for PS40B, these rotary encoders can also be used in space-critical situations. Both models have optionally mounting ears and are very easy to install. These high resolution models are ideal for laboratory equipment, robotics, automation systems and in general for precise stepper motor responses.
