PEWA700:
Pewatron’s answer to conventional, large (long) transmitter solutions: the compact PEWA700 series.
The measuring cell’s innovative design features a total length of just 33 mm – as a comparison, a typical transmitter is generally significantly longer than 100 mm. Casting all the electronics and the connection cable minimises the housing to the essentials and achieves strong protection against external influences. Various threads including G1/4, G1/8 and 1/4 NPT are available for the process connection. Thanks to the stainless steel used and the internal media separation via an oil-filled measuring cell, the sensor features excellent media compatibility, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
In terms of signals, the typical analogue and digital interfaces are available: 0.5-4.5 V, 4–20 mA, IC2 and more. Thanks to the modular design, both low-pressure measuring ranges (10 mbar) and measurements up to 400 bar are possible, available as an absolute, relative or sealed version.
