In mobile robots applications, "Stop" must always mean stop. And "Always" really means always - even if the motor controller is faulty and unresponsive. To do this, a growing number of our controller implement the STO - Safe Torque Off.

STO function is compliant to:

  • IEC 61508:2010, SIL 3
  • IEC 62061:2005, SIL 3
  • ISO 13849-1:2015, Category 3 Level e
