PEWATRON has launched Mean Well’s new HLG-600H series of high-performance, dustproof and waterproof AC-to-DC LED power supplies. Delivering 600W of power and extraordinary efficiency of up to 96%, these units are the undefeated champions when it comes to LED power supply. They also feature a universal input range of up to 305 VAC, a wide working temperature range from -40°C to +70°C, a fan-less design, adjustable voltage and current output, up to 4 kV surge immunity (EN61000-4-5) and low no-load power consumption (<0.5Watt) at remote OFF.
The tough power supplies are fully potted by heat-dissipating glue in an aluminium case closed with stainless steel screws. They offer IP 65/67 level protection and can withstand vibration and forces of up to 5Gs. In short, these power supplies operate reliably in harsh environments indoors or outdoors – even when fully exposed to the elements. They are ideal for use in particularly dry, damp or wet locations.
The DC output voltage can be adjusted from 95% to 105% and the current from 50% to 100%. In addition to comprehensive short-circuit, overload, overvoltage and over-temperature protection, the units also feature a three-in-one dimming function (0 VDC to 10 VDC, PWM and resistance) and a built-in active PFC function. These power supplies ensure shining success whether for LED street lighting, LED high-bay lighting, parking space lighting, LED searchlights or LED fishing lamps.
